Aluminum Die Casting Tractor Engine Housing, this part is used as engine housing on the tractor facility, the part have very big cavity, so on the mold, there will be a big feature protrude from the surface, then while feeding the mold, as the injection gate is located at the bottom of the surface, so when the high-speed molten aluminum is injected, it will hit the big protruded feature, leading to eddy or turbulence, what's more, because of the big round feature, sometimes the molten aluminum will start to be solid at the back area of the feature though not fill sufficiently, leading to cold shut, or shrinkage porosity. Meanwhile, the top of the part will also be a position with high risk of feeding problem, as it is far-distance end on the part, the most difficult area for aluminum to reach.
