Calcite Mine Aggregate and Manufactured Sand Production Line with Combined Crushing and Washing Process

Integrated Calcite Crushing, Sand Making and Aggregate Project Calcite Production Line Project Overview This production line has an annual capacity of 2 million tons, adopting a combined "crushing + washing" process. It is equipped with a PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher for coarse crushing, an HCS1523 impact crusher for fine crushing and shaping, and two VSI1263 vertical shaft impact crushers for deep sand making, complemented by multi-deck vibrating screens, spiral sand washers, fine sand recovery and dewatering units, and a slurry thickening and filter press system. The line simultaneously produces four finished products: 0-5mm premium manufactured sand, 5-10mm aggregates, 10-20mm crushed stone, and 20-31.5mm crushed stone. The line is primarily applied in large-scale aggregate and manufactured sand production for calcite/limestone mines.
