High Center Vertical Bearing Unit

The stamped hanger-type bearing unit is assembled with UC205 insert bearing and PH205 housing, classified as Vertical Pillow Block Bearing, Mounted Bearing and Industrial Bearing, suitable for light load working conditions instead of Heavy Duty Bearing. It has shaft diameter d=25mm, outer diameter D=52mm and width B=34.1mm, compatible with M12 mounting bolts. The GCr15 steel bearing insert and SPCC stamped steel housing adopt NBR single-layer dust seal and set screw locking, with a total weight of 0.55kg. Manufactured to P0 precision grade, it features dynamic load Cr=14kN, static load C0r=8.88kN, limiting speed 5000r/min and ±2° self-aligning function to offset installation errors. Standard lithium grease enables operation at -20℃~100℃; it can reach 160℃ with FKM seals and high-temperature grease. The applicable humidity is ≤85%RH.
