Central Drive Rake Thickener

Central Drive Rake Thickener is essential tailings and concentrate dehydration supporting equipment for coal washing equipment and mineral processing equipment. It relies on gravity sedimentation to realize solid-liquid separation of flotation tailings, jig machine concentrate pulp, clear water overflows for recycling, and underflow concentrated ore pulp is transported for filter pressing dehydration. The central drive structure has strong torque, suitable for deep tank concentration of high-density mineral pulp. In the complete mineral processing flow, after crushing by crusher, classification by vibrating screen, gravity separation by jig machine and flotation by flotation machine, the produced concentrate pulp and tailings pulp are sent to the central drive rake thickener.
