Forehead Gun mold is one mold making case of our Medical Detection Parts Mould. The mold insert steel is S136, the mold lifespan can reach at least 500,000 shots, we used ABS material for injection molding production for this product.  It has also been applied to the overmold process. Our overmold technology is proficient, and the overmold part of the finished product fits well with the substrate part. There is no flashes, and the edges match without sink marks.
