Prepainted Stone Galvanized Steel for Architectural Use

Prepainted stone-textured galvanized steel coil is produced from hot-dip galvanized sheet, which receives a chemical conversion pretreatment to promote paint adhesion and retard edge creep. It is then roll-coated with a multi-layer PVDF-based paint system comprising an anti-corrosion primer, a printed stone-grain ink layer, and a clear, durable topcoat. The cured film passes T-bend and impact tests, enabling the sheet to be formed into corrugated, ribbed, or complex custom profiles without cracking or peeling. The topcoat, containing high-performance UV absorbers and stabilizers, resists chalking, fading, and gloss loss over extended outdoor exposure, even in high-humidity and saline environments. Its surface hardness reaches 2H pencil grade, providing good resistance to handling and installation scratches.
