ALN dynamic ring series

The ALN dynamic ring series is a customized dynamic ring product under the C-type (stepped type) pressureless silicon carbide sealing ring. It is a high-pressure pump sealing and reaction vessel sealing component resistant to high and low temperatures. With pressureless silicon carbide as the base material, through material ratio and process optimization, it retains the high hardness, wear resistance and thermal conductivity of the material, and further improves the comprehensive performance under complex working conditions. Its stepped structure can form a multi-layer sealed barrier, which is suitable for non-standard centrifuges, reactors and other equipment in the high-purity chemical field, and can cope with the challenges of complex working conditions such as particle content and temperature fluctuations.
