Thermal spray powder WC-12Ni is also as the hvof/hvaf/aps powder. More corrosion-resistant and tougher than WC-Co, excellent low-temperature wear properties up to 482 °C (900 °F). Compare with Nickel based alloy powder,Cobalt based alloy powder and iron based alloy powder, tungsten carbide powder has higher anti wearness property.It mainly can be applies on ball valves, gate valves, oil field equipment etc. The manufacturing process is Sintered and Crushed which brings better coating deposit efficiency.
