Product Description J-Tron miniature cooling gear pump is the best leak free gear pumps for cooling. This durable small Freon mini gear pump matches with self-developed brushless motor with 0~5V drive control. The power consumption is 750W and voltage is 220VAC. This 220VAC mini electric gear pump has rated flow rate of 40L/min at 4000rpm and the revolution range is between 500rpm to 4000rpm. The maxium differential pressure is 8bar and the vacuum is -0.1bar. For the material, the entire pump body is stainless steel 316 and the sealing material is PFA and customized EPDM from Germany. Gears are modified PEEK and the shafts are stainless steel 316. Can transfer the liquid with viscosity range bewteen 0.2cps to 5000cps that tolerate most of the fluids.
