Efficient Nitrogen Source BMO-6034NH for Industrial Lasers

The BMO-6034NH is a high-power nitrogen generator specially designed for laser cutting of 60,000 to 80,000 watts (or for multiple devices in combination). With a total power of 60KW and a gas production capacity of up to 180Nm³/h, its four-tank structure ensures a stable gas source for large flow rates. Its nitrogen purity is adjustable from 85% to 99%, the outlet dew point is -40℃, and the cleanliness (oil content ≤0.1mg/m³) meets the protection requirements of high-value laser cutting heads.   In the 40,000-watt carbon steel cutting scenario, the cutting speed for 20mm plates is 6.2m/min, and for 25-35mm plates, there are only minor burrs, with quality superior to that of liquid nitrogen. The hourly cost is 66 yuan, and it saves 3.35 million yuan compared with liquid nitrogen in five years.
