High-Performance Nitrogen Machine for Laser Cutting Systems

The BMO-8026GP is a highly compatible nitrogen generator suitable for laser cutting with a power of over 80,000 watts (or multiple units for joint supply). The entire machine has a power of 60KW and a gas production capacity of 260Nm³/h. It features a multi-tank integration and intelligent pressure control design, balancing high flow rate and stability. Its nitrogen purity is adjustable from 85% to 99%, the outlet dew point is -40℃, and the cleanliness (oil content ≤0.1mg/m³) can meet the protection requirements of various high-power cutting heads.   In the 60,000-watt carbon steel cutting scenario, the cutting speed for 35mm plates is 6m/min, and for 45mm plates, it is 3.2m/min. There is no residual oxide scale, which is superior to the "welding influence" problem of liquid oxygen. The hourly cost is 86 yuan, and it saves 2.85 million yuan compared with liquid nitrogen in five years.
