High Flow Nitrogen Generator for Industrial Laser Cutting

The BMO-6034NW is a high-flow oil-free lubrication nitrogen generator suitable for medium and high-power laser cutting. With a total power of 60KW and a gas production capacity of 180Nm³/h, its four-tank integrated structure meets the supply requirements of multiple laser devices. Its "completely oil-free and dust-free" clean gas, combined with a dry outlet dew point of -40℃, can effectively extend the service life of high-value cutting heads and reduce operation and maintenance costs.   When cutting 40,000-watt carbon steel, the cutting speed for 35mm plates is 3.4m/min, and the cutting quality is free of burrs or slightly burrs. The hourly cost is only one third of that of liquid nitrogen, and the long-term economic efficiency is remarkable. The maximum working pressure of the equipment is adjustable at 2.0MPa.
