BMO-MF300 Nitrogen-Oxygen Mixer for Laser Cutting

The Boman BMO-MF300 nitrogen-oxygen mixer is specially designed for the stable gas source requirements of laser cutting: compatible with 6-60KW equipment, it inputs oxygen/nitrogen at 1.0-2.5Mpa and outputs a mixed gas with adjustable pressure at 1.0-1.6Mpa, with a flow rate of 120Nm³/h, supporting long-term continuous cutting operations.   It adopts high-precision proportional valves and independent PID control, with a proportioning error of only ±1.0% from 80% to 99.99%. It is equipped with four mixing modes, specifically addressing the gas source issues for cutting thin plates, medium and thick plates, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel, resulting in less burrs and high cut surface quality.
